Office Profile

Bruce Laughlin received his bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Indiana University at Indianapolis. He joined Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in 1988 and was appointed Fishers District Director in 1998.

Bruce Laughlin is the youngest district agent in the Derrickson General Agency and received second place in the District Agents’ Achievement Award in 2000.

As a high achiever, Bruce Laughlin also received Northwestern Mutual Top 100 in Lives recognition, Northwestern Mutual Top 25 in Disability and is a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table.

Bruce Laughlin has earned Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations, positioning him to guide clients as they seek to achieve their financial goals.

Like the other team members in The Laughlin Financial Group, Bruce Laughlin is committed to community service and is on the Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis Board of Athletics, is a board member for the Oaklandon Youth Organization and coaches Little League softball and basketball.
